Electric-strike work on Roanoke Avenue.
This Riverhead project involved electric-strike work on Roanoke Avenue. The photo shows the strike fitted into a metal door frame, where the door’s latch meets the frame. It is one example of the access-control hardware we work on alongside conventional keyed locks.
If a door will not release or latch consistently, the strike is only part of the picture. The door alignment, latch and access-control equipment also need consideration. Send photos of the frame hardware and door edge, and describe what happens when access is requested.
